Learning a new language is never easy, it requires time and effort and most of the time people gets overwhelmed when it gets tough. Watch German news/movies/series.

When there’s no one around you speaks German and travelling to German is not an option yet, learning from TV shows, news, and movies can become one of your source to learn the language . 

By watching contents dubbed or in the original language, you can slowly picks up words and  pronunciation by simply listening and observing from these type of shows. You can learn most common words used in German language and more words to your vocabulary.

Don't be shy! Use German when you can

Do you have any relatives or peers who speaks German? If yes, then use that opportunity too practice with them. If not, making use the benefits of social networks. Find some groups or forums that use German language as a communication medium. Maybe there you find some new friends or a community to practice the language. Ask questions or get some useful advice, exchange ideas and approaches as it might help you to get better every day. 

Write sketches and notes

Each and every one of us has a different approach or strategy of learning a new language. Often, visualizing things will help the process. Start making sketches or drawings for words or difficult connections. Start taking notes on aspects that do not seem very clear to you. Using colours and cards will help display complex statements in a simple and more comprehensible way. Using different colours to underline different categories of words can also be very helpful.

Create study plans and set goals

The last and the most important tips is to have goals and create study plans. It is impossible to learn German overnight. Write your goal on a piece of paper and every time you feel demotivated, have a look at it.
