Ausbildung Program (Dual Vocational Training)

Apprenticeship in Germany or Dual vocational training, or "Ausbildung" in German, is a highly regarded and widely practiced system of vocational education and training in Germany. The program typically lasts three years and combines theoretical classroom instruction with practical on-the-job training in a company or organization.

During the program, trainees learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become qualified professionals in their chosen field, which can range from traditional crafts and trades to high-tech industries such as IT and engineering. The training is highly structured and standardized, with strict requirements for both the curriculum and the qualifications of the trainers.

Students or now called Azubi in German are paid monthly during the 3 years duration with allowance ranging from €950 to €1200.
