CORE tasks

Nurses
•Assess patients' health, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and provide emotional support.
•Assist with procedures like wound care, injections, and catheterization.
•Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.
•Work with doctors, other healthcare professionals, and families to ensure optimal care.
•Provide health education to patients and families.
•Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and contribute to quality improvement.
•Participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date.
•Depending on the setting and specialization, nurses may have additional responsibilities, such as pediatric or geriatric care. -
Doctors
• Guidance and supervision of individual diagnostics and treatment planning
• Guidance and supervision of the correct and timely preparation of discharge reports
• Regular participation in management, team, and ward meetings
• Conducting internal supervisions
• Conducting patient second opinions, as well as individual and group visits
• Handling patient complaints
• Participation in further training and quality assurance
• Cooperative collaboration with all areas of the clinic
• Conducting psychosomatic consultations for the Department of Orthopedics
• Conducting and participating in internal (interdisciplinary) training
Salary Package

Young professionals: approx. 2,500 to 3,000 euros gross per month
With professional experience: approx. 3,000 to 3,500 euros gross per month
In managerial positions: over 3,500 euros gross per month
•Elderly care:
Young professionals: approx. 2,400 to 2,800 euros gross per month
With experience: approx. 2,800 to 3,300 euros gross per month
•Intensive care:
Young professionals: approx. 3,200 to 3,800 euros gross per month
With professional experience: up to 4,500 euros gross per month or more -
