Program Summary
Apprenticeship in Germany or Dual vocational training, or “Ausbildung” in German, is a highly regarded and widely practiced system of vocational education and training in Germany. The program typically lasts three years and combines theoretical classroom instruction with practical on-the-job training in a company or organization.
Students or now called Azubi in German are paid monthly during the 3 years duration with allowance ranging from €950 to €1200.

After completing your initial training, you can progress to become a Meister (Master Craftsman) or Betriebswirt (Business Manager), which are legally equivalent to Master’s degrees in the German qualifications framework.

Who is this program for?
This program is suitable for school leavers (18 years old and above) OR Diploma & Bachelor’s Degree leavers who are looking for education and career pathway in Germany.
Does this programme guarantee placement?
The placement is subjected to vacancy and opening in germany (supply-demand in job market) as per the industries listed. But do not worry, there are over 400,000 companies in Germany and we have a 99.9% successful placement rate for our students.
Which company?
It is subjected to your choice of course, educational background, documents / qualification validation, & PROFICIENCY OF german language. studygermany will then match you with the suitable employers and vocational institutions. You also have undergo interview sessions, with good German and personality you can get a good company.
How does the study & work module work?
The ausbildung is a dual part program; 70% industrial training and 30% theory. Majority of the learning will be done in the host company and the rest in a class at a vocational institute. the schedule will be determined by the employers.
How much is the average monthly living expense in Germany?
The average living expenses is €600-€750/monthly.
What certificate will i get in the end of the program?
There will be two state exams during the 3 years program. Pass the final exam and you will receive a certificate equivalent to Advanced Diploma. You can use that to apply for jobs in Europe or further your studies in German Universities (University of Applied Science).
Is there any financial aid available?
At the moment, we have education loan available for parents who are member of Koperasi Perkhidmatan Pelajaran Nasional Berhad (KOPENAS)
If you are staff under Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia, you are eligible to apply for KOPENAS membership and apply for education loan.
