Vocational college graduates in Malaysia often encounter the problem of finding a job with a pay that commensurates with their actual skills, due to the industry seeing them as untested talent, or worse, unskilled. We see the Ausbildung Programme as an attractive solution to bridge this gap and abolish the stereotype.
The Ausbildung is a form of Dual Vocational Training (DVT) where the students attend vocational school/ college and work simultaneously, earning a regular income in the process. With Ausbildung, you will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge needed to prepare you for the working field.

- Students get attached and work at a company with technical nature. At the same time, the student will attend theory classes at an appointed state vocational college.
- Expected monthly salary: €800 - €1000
- Receive a certification of successful completion (in the specific field) from IHK German Chamber of Commerce.
- Graduates with good results are usually offered full time employment at the same company. They are also free to accept other offers from other companies.
Entry Requirements:
- Age between 18-30 years old
- SPM/ O-LEVEL/ Equivalent Academic Qualification
- Work-study ratio of roughly 70%-30%
- Students get attached and work at a hospital/senior homes in Germany. At the same time, the student will attend theory classes at an appointed state vocational college nearby.
- Expected monthly salary: €1000 - €1300
- Receive a certification of successful completion (in specific field) from IHK German Chamber of Commerce.
- Graduates with good results are usually offered full time employment at the same hospital/senior home as a qualified registered nurse. They are also free to accept other offers from other hospitals.
